Dealing With Stress The Unbothered Goddess Way - Coming Soon!

You know how when you have big plans they don’t always go right? Well, that’s what happened to me. As you may have read, we’re eagerly awaiting our first child!


However, as overjoyed as my husband and I are, it’s been a busy and a somewhat stressful time. It’s meant a lot more self-care for myself and my growing bundle. It’s also meant putting a few other things on hold until I feel I can give them the love they deserve.


That’s why I’m announcing my upcoming first book is on its way, granted it's several months later than originally planned.


A Temporary Delay


First things first, I had this book in progress at the beginning of 2019, but life got in the way and that’s okay. I’m seriously trying my best to not stress too much and just take good care of myself and my family right now. Getting priorities straight is a great form of self-care and it greatly reduces stress. That’s definitely a win in my book.


So, my original plan was to have my first Unbothered Goddess book out around May or June, but that’s obviously not happening. Don’t worry, though. It is coming, though I don’t have a definitive release date yet. I’ll let you know as soon as I know.


Bite-Sized Stress Tips


All the stress life has thrown at me is actually what inspired me to start the Unbothered Goddess brand. From a job I started to resent to devastation of a miscarriage and everything in between, I’ve been through so much, but I’m coming out stronger on the other side.


The goal of my book Dealing With Stress The Unbothered Goddess Way is to help everyone better deal with everyday and major stressors. I know we can all use a little extra help when life’s stressing us out, right?


My book focuses each chapter on a type of stress, such as facing burnout or handling financial problems. I know it doesn’t cover every single scenario, but I’m hoping each chapter is something you can relate to. It’s filled with bite-sized tips to help you quickly overcome your stress.


Guiding You Through


I wrote this book to help guide others. Much of it is my own personal experience and what has helped me. Of course, it’s also all the collective guidance I got when I’ve been stressed and burnt out myself.


When my book goes from a dream to reality, you’ll get to benefit from everything I’ve learned so far. Flip to the chapter you need, when you need it. Some of the topics I cover include:

· Dealing with a loss


· Feeling uncertain about yourself and your path

As you can see, these are topics for everyone. I’m also not going to tell you to just breathe and everything will magically be okay. This is about actual guidance and tips to not just get through stress this once, but help prevent it in the future.


Being A Stress-Free Unbothered Goddess


Okay, so I can’t promise you a 100% stress-free life. That’s just not possible, not even for me. But, I can promise you that after reading my upcoming book and actively following the tips, you can help reduce your stress and learn how to deal with stressful situations a little better.


I think we can all agree that even a little less stress makes a major difference. Trust me, handling my stress more effectively and taking better care of myself has transformed me. I feel better, my relationships are stronger and I have a career I enjoy more now.


I hope you’re as excited about my upcoming stress tips book as I am. And guess what! There’s even another book in the works, though I’m definitely going to focus on getting this one out first.
